16. When is the best time to visit Barcelona?
Barcelona is great to visit all year round. The temperature is moderate in Spring and Autumn and quite warm in the summer. In August most Spaniards take their holidays and many locals leave Barcelona. Some local shops and restaurants close for a few weeks in August. There are tons of events happening year round and we recommend a quick look to see what parades/shows are on during your stay here.
